Sept 8 - Main Event! Doors open at 9:00 am & Auction Begins at 10:30 am

Sept 9 - Doors open at 10:00 am & Auction Begins at 12:00 pm

No Reserve Entries  - Free Lot Fee & 5% commission (minimum $300)

Feature Time Slot - $350+GST & 8% commission (minimum $400)

All Other Entries - $200+GST & 8% commission (minimum $400)

Seller Requirements:

• Each Application should be accompanied by 8 digital photographs of the vehicle. 2 full side views, front, back, interior, engine bay, and dash with mileage. Preferred size - 640 x 480 pixels
  
• Each applicant MUST fax copy of registration/title of vehicle at time of application, original MUST be submitted when vehicle is checked in

• Selling Fees  5% No Reserve (minimum $300)   8% Reserve (minimum $400)

• Sellers or Seller's Representative Are Required To Be With The Car When It Crosses The Block For Auction
  

Bidder Requirements:

• All bidders are encouraged to use a Bank Letter Of Guarantee  (sample available on the website)

• BUYER’S FEE OF 7% of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold.  MINIMUM SALES COMMISSION ON VEHICLES IS $400.00.

• BUYER’S FEE OF 15% of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each item of EG Auctions’ Memorabilia.  Separate buyer’s fees will be determined and assessed by independent memorabilia vendors participating in the auction (ie: A Piece of the Past).

• NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS.

• Must provide valid, photo identification at time of purchase.

• Lost or forgotten bidder's pass will be cancelled and must be re-purchased.

Print the sample letter in the menu on the left, take it to your financial institution for completion and bring it to the event...you can then write a cheque for your vehicle and take it home the same day!
