Seller Requirements:

• Each Application MUST be accompanied by 6-8 digital photographs of the vehicle. 2 full side views, front, back, interior, engine bay, and dash with mileage. Size - 640 x 480 pixels. JPEG FORMAT ONLY.
  
• Each applicant must email a copy of registration/title of vehicle at time of application, original must be submitted when vehicle is checked in

• Selling Fees  5% No Reserve (min $300), 8% Reserve (min $400)

• Sellers or Seller Representative Are Required To Be With The Car When It Crosses The Block For Auction
  

Bidder Requirements:

• Bid Passes are $25.00. Sold onsite at the bid pass table

• All bidders are encouraged to use a Bank Letter Of Guarantee  (sample available on the website)

• BUYER’S FEE OF 8% of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold.  MINIMUM BUYER'S FEE ON VEHICLES IS $400.00.

• BUYER’S FEE OF 15% of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each item of EG Auctions’ Memorabilia.  Separate buyer’s fees will be determined and assessed by independent memorabilia vendors participating in the auction (ie: A Piece of the Past).

• NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS.

• Must provide valid, photo identification at time of purchase.

• Lost or forgotten bidder's pass will be cancelled and must be re-purchased.

Bring Your Bank Letter Of Guarantee And Take Your Car Home The Same Day!

Print the sample letter in the menu on the left, take it to your financial institution for completion and bring it to the event...you can then write a cheque for your vehicle and take it home the same day!
